How to Clean A Toilet

To clean a toilet you will need gloves, toilet brush, toilet bowl cleaner, disinfectant spray, vinegar, borax, and lemon juice.
Apply toilet bowl cleaner
Begin by applying a toilet bowl cleaner under the rim and let it work its way down. Take the toilet brush and scrub the bowl making sure to clean right under the rim and the u-bend. Close the seat, and allow the cleaner to soak in the bowl for 10-15 minutes.
2. Clean the outside of the toilet
While that’s left soaking, spray down the outside of the toilet with the disinfectant spray, start at the top of the cistern and work your way down. Use a sponge and rinse it out with hot water often.
3. Cleaning the rim
Once you’ve cleaned the outside of the toilet, open the seat and start work on the rim. We know it’s the worst part of cleaning a toilet, but with the right amount of disinfectant and elbow grease, you’ll get it clean easily enough.
4. One last scrub
Grab the toilet brush and give the bowl one last scrub.
